15μm pitch MCT MWIR IDDCA
The YM615S4S3 is a high-performance cooled mid-wave infrared (MWIR) detector with a 15μm pixel pitch and 640×512 array. Built on MCT (Mercury Cadmium Telluride) material, it features strong vibration and impact resistance, ultra-high reliability, and a 3.7μm~4.8μm spectral response with ≤18mK NETD. Equipped with a general opto-mechatronic interface, it supports seamless system integration, with mass production ensuring excellent consistency for industrial, aerospace, and surveillance thermal imaging applications.
