The YM615L5S2 is a high-performance, compact and lightweight cooled mid-wave infrared (MWIR) detector based on MCT (Mercury Cadmium Telluride) technology. Featuring a 15μm pixel pitch and 640×512 high-resolution array, it delivers excellent thermal imaging performance with a spectral response range of 3.7μm~4.8μm and ultra-low NETD ≤18mK.
