Featuring a 15μm pixel pitch and 640×512 high-resolution array, it delivers excellent thermal imaging performance with a spectral response range of 3.7μm~4.8μm and ultra-low NETD ≤18mK.

Designed for rugged applications, it ensures high performance and reliability, with a universal optoelectromechanical interface for seamless system integration. Its low power consumption (≤12.4W cooling power, ≤4W steady-state) and fast cooling time make it ideal for portable, airborne, and industrial thermal imaging systems, where size, weight, and power efficiency are critical.
