The RTD3122C non-cooled infrared focal plane detector is designed for long-wave infrared (LWIR) imaging. It features a vanadium oxide-based radiometric pyrometer focal plane array (FPA) chip integrated with a CMOS readout integrated circuit (ROIC) and packaged in a high-vacuum environment. The RTD3122C detector’s specifications and features are detailed in Table 1.
