The RTD2121W uncooled infrared focal plane detector is designed for long-wave infrared (LWIR) imaging. It features a vanadium oxide-based radiometric pyrometer focal plane array (FPA) chip integrated with a CMOS readout integrated circuit (ROIC) and packaged in a high-vacuum environment.
